you have the recipient’s name on it, not just “Recruiter” or “HR.” Include 2 or
3 of your best strengths in terms of answering the wants in the recruiter’s
advertisement for the opening.
If you have the time, you may not want to stop the tailoring process with your
cover letter. Many experts recommend tailoring your resume for each job you
apply for as well. The idea here is that you accentuate the parts that make you
right for the position and take out or minimize the parts of your resume that
the hiring person would see as extraneous.
