Job Interviews pose last hurdle before job seekers get
that job offer
You impressed them with your resume so much that
you’ve had end to end job interviews. You can’t keep up with the responses
you’ve gotten after posting your resume on Career Builder. But after the
interviews, you hear nothing. You never hear from the interviewer again. You
don’t get it? I do. Either you have personal hygiene problems or you don’t know
how to close the deal.

Here are some quick tips that you can use to improve your own
interview experience with a job interviewer:
• Without wasting the interviewer’s time, ask as many questions to have him or
her talking as much as possible during the interview. Only do this as long as
they answer in a positive manner. The more they talk about their situation, the
better this interview is for you. Don’t ask questions about what you care about
but rather ask the interviewer questions that they care about.
• Watch your body language and don’t let your focus stray during the interview.
Only stare at them as much as they stare at you. If you’re staring more, you’ll
make them feel uncomfortable and if you stare less, they’ll think something’s
wrong with you.
• Flat out ask for the job during the interview. Something like, “So what do you
think, am I a good fit for the job?” You don’t want to leave the interview until
the interviewer says that you’re perfect for the job. Any reservations that they
have, you must address head on.
